WebAssuming the legendary feast also had a significant ICD (lasts 1 hour, 30 minute ICD) then these could work just fine. 1000 hours of ascended feasts is a pretty long time to get your ROI, keeps value in the economy of ingredients (likely raises prices), and would also remove other items from the economy as well (which is good and MUCH needed).
