WebThe most common type is the lipoma-like variant, which is characterized by a proliferation of adipocytes with varying cell sizes. Histological sections show adipocytes and stromal cells with focal nuclear atypia associated with hyperchromasia. Mono- or multivacuolated lipoblasts might be also seen.
